The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading projects in the oil and gas sector, particularly in Qatar. Key Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the division’s operations in scaffolding, insulation, and painting within the oil and gas sector. Develop and maintain client relationships and manage a portfolio of key customers. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Qatar’s oil and gas industry. Extensive knowledge in scaffolding, insulation, and painting services related to oil and gas. Prior experience in leading contracting firms such as Cape, Altrad, Descon, or Dopet. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
