Job title: Offshore Structural Engineer

Who are we recruiting for?

Our client is a unique and award-winning offshore engineering consultancy driving innovation across the renewable energy sector. With a strong and expanding portfolio of offshore wind projects, they are seeking a determined and qualified Offshore Structural Engineer to join their vibrant, motivated team.

What will you be doing?

• Create and refine cutting-edge structural designs for offshore substations and wind turbine components.
• Carry out complex structural analyses using industry-leading tools such as Sesam suite and Ansys.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver strong, safe, and compliant solutions.
• Take ownership of your scope, budgets, and deliverables while mentoring junior engineers.
• Support project development from concept through to detailed design and final delivery.

Are you the ideal candidate?

• Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or related Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 3–5 years' experience in offshore structures, marine systems, or wind turbines.
• Proficient in structural software tools (Sesam, Ansys) and confident with ULS, FLS, and CFD analysis.
• Knowledgeable in Eurocode, DNV, and IEC standards for offshore wind and secondary structures.
• Brave, analytical, and confident communicator with a passion for sustainable design.
