King Printing Solutions is searching for an experienced offset web press operator with a strong background in the manufacturing of business forms, pressure seal documents and 50” high color rolls. Wages up to $30.00 hourly depending on experience. FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Completes make-ready in accordance with the job ticket and product specification documents to ensure correct print cylinders, inks, substrates, tooling and anilox rollers are used. Responsible for operating high-quality products using RDP offset web presses (6-color and 10-color) in accordance with customer specification while maintaining quality, waste, and press efficiency. Maintains consistent quality during the production run with critical quality checks including copy, color, registration, and ink adhesion to ensure conformance to all other quality checks. Accurately records time and materials for each job and is accountable for equipment maintenance. Diagnoses problems, make press adjustments, troubleshoots, and provides the required maintenance to equipment in a timely manner. Clean plate, cylinder, glue units, ink pans and lubricates press as needed. Maintains a clean and safe work environment and area by completing daily housekeeping assignments.
