* Serves as the first response in membership satisfaction, retention and experience. o Provides world-class customer service to our constituents. o Monitor and direct general inquiry phone calls and emails as needed. * Manages merchandise incentives inventory, acceptance and acknowledgement. * Manages fulfillment of raffle prizes & membership programs shipped from headquarters, and related FFL documentation. * Manage / procure office supplies and service for office equipment. * Maintain office filing systems and archives. * Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing shipments, deliveries and mail. * Coordinates the intake and subsequent fulfillment of prizes in various fundraising raffles throughout the year. * Oversees the intake and output of membership incentives/premiums from the receipt of incentive items to the fulfillment. * Assist membership team as needed with member inquiries via phone and email. * Arrange postal, parcel and freight shipments when needed. * Fulfill online orders from company store for in-house items. * Provide support to members, via phone and e-mail to help ensure their satisfaction with company. * Process membership/donations into ERP system as needed and directed by Accounting team. * Work closely with internal personnel: Senior leadership, Event Team, Member Services, Operations & Finance staff.
