The Encoder/Office Staff is responsible for accurate and efficient data entry, record-keeping, and administrative support. This role ensures that all company documents and transactions are properly recorded, organized, and maintained to support smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Data Entry & Documentation
Accurately encode data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Maintain and update records, files, and reports.
Verify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
✅ Administrative Support
Handle office documents, correspondence, and reports.
Organize and file company records both digitally and physically.
Prepare and process paperwork, forms, and reports.
✅ Coordination & Communication
Assist in responding to internal and external inquiries.
Coordinate with different departments for document processing and submission.
Support office operations by managing schedules and meetings.
✅ Office Management
Monitor office supplies and request replenishments when needed.
Assist in organizing and maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
Perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
✔ Experience in data entry, encoding, or office administration is an advantage.
✔ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
✔ Strong typing speed and accuracy.
✔ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
