Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager III, the Office Services Supervisor III oversees the Data Entry Unit within the Tax Revenue Branch (TRB). Through subordinate supervisors, the incumbent plans, organizes, and directsthe unit's workload. The incumbent is also responsible for reviewing unit production reports, ensuring that performance has met standards set from TRB senior leadership and to recommend to TRB senior management any necessary change to remain processing effective and effciently.

This limited term position may be extended up to 24 months if supported by workload or may become permanent if workload becomes permanent.
