MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant MUST be VERY detailed oriented & good with numbers
Duties will include, but not limited to the following:
- Quick Books - REQUIRES: 3 Years experience in both A/R and A/P Input and Bank Reconciliations
- Prepare various, small clients bookkeeping
- Quick Books - Must be knowledgeable in creating AR invoices and posting AR payments
- Quick Books - Must be knowledgeable in matching receipts to Credit Card Statement and entering into QB
- Prepare Bank Reconciliations Manually and in Quick Books
- Microsoft Office Excel - Intermediate, must know basic formulas and simple link formulas
- Microsoft Office Outlook
- Online Internet Access - Must be able to download documents from Internet websites
- Type by touch - Minimum 45 WPM - Sorry but no "Typewriter Pickers" please
- 10 Key Adding Machine - by Touch
- Answer 1 Phone Line and email CPA messages
- Setup & organize new client folders
- Download data from website
- Open & Sort & process Incoming Mail for various companies
- Scan & Archive Old Client Files in PDF format
- Scan & Save - Current year tax documents during tax season
