Seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team immediately. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for a candidate who thrives in a dynamic legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Office staff hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
Placement and management of insurance and benefits.
Coordinate scheduling, calendaring, and communications across attorneys and support teams.
Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and compliance protocols.
Support attorneys with trial preparation logistics and case management systems.
IT, HR, and liaise with external service providers to maintain operational efficiency.
Assist with special events
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree preferred).
Prior experience in office management or administration, preferably in a law firm setting.
Strong financial acumen and business background are advantageous.
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal practice management software, and general IT support.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
