About The Team

The Office Management team ensures Mambuvians have an exceptional work experience and drives initiatives for smooth office operations. We are hiring an Office Manager for our Amsterdam headquarters to optimize the workplace for our 300 employees in the Netherlands. This role reports to the Director, Internal Communications in Amsterdam and is part of a global team of three Office Managers.

What You’ll Do

  • Ensure the Amsterdam HQ operates smoothly and adheres to health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Handle daily office operations, including inventory, supplies, and access systems, and serve as the main point of contact for office-related issues.
  • Organize the general office, coordinate deliveries, and manage equipment and supply orders.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding process of employees.
  • Manage the organization of meetings, workshops, and other team events.
  • Handle administrative and procurement tasks, such as purchase orders and invoice validation.
  • Manage the relationship with external vendors.

What You’ll Bring

  • You are friendly, approachable, and consistently provide excellent service.
  • You have extensive experience in office management or similar roles.
  • You can handle confidential information discreetly and build strong professional relationships.
  • You have knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
  • You have exceptional skills in time management, organization, coordination, and problem-solving.
  • You demonstrate reliability, accountability, and a sense of responsibility.
  • You can effectively manage budgets and stakeholders while promoting company culture.
  • You are proficient in standard office software and relevant applications.
  • You are proficient in English.
