Summary

The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with our team. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls, greeting homeowners/masons in our showroom. Effectively delegate tasks to inside sales and warehouse employees. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. Positive and team mindset is mandatory for Kingstone Supply.

 

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and organize office activities
  • Oversee stock of office supplies
  • Greet visitors at office
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
  • Schedule deliveries


Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work proficiency in quickbooks and CRM
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
