Lubbock Open Door is hiring a high-performing Office Manager to lead daily admin operations and provide direct executive support to our CEO. This is our most senior administrative role—a trusted position at the heart of our mission.



What You’ll Do


  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, email, and communications
  • Coordinate internal systems and team operations
  • Welcome donors, visitors, and partners professionally
  • Keep files and logistics organized and flowing
  • Support internal communication across a growing team


You Might Be a Fit If You:


  • Have 3+ years of administrative experience
  • Have supported an executive or director in the past
  • Are highly organized, communicative, and proactive
  • Are comfortable in a faith-rooted, mission-driven org
  • Live within commuting distance of Lubbock, TX
