Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Manager at Upright Athlete's main location in Durham, NC. The Office Manager will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, managing office equipment, and assisting with office administration duties.
Qualifications
Compensation Structure
1. Base Salary: $35,000 to $40,000 annually, based on experience and
qualifications.
2. Healthcare Stipend: A monthly healthcare stipend of $400 will be provided to assist with
medical expenses and to pay co-pays and premiums.
Annual Stipend Value: $4,800
3. Retirement Benefits: SIMPLE IRA/401(k) retirement plan with a 3% employer match will be available after
the first year of employment.
4. Performance Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based bonus of up to
10% of their annual salary if key performance metrics are met.
Maximum Bonus Potential: $3,500 to $4,000 annually, depending on base
salary.
5. Paid Time Off (PTO): Unlimited PTO, subject to approval by clinic leadership, to promote
work-life balance while ensuring operational needs are met.
6. Total Potential Compensation (Including Bonus & Stipend):
○ Base Salary: $35,000–$40,000
○ Healthcare Stipend: $4,800
○ Maximum Performance Bonus: $3,500–$4,000
○ Total Potential Compensation: $43,300–$48,800 per year
