Summary

Seeking for Office Manager - Bookkeeping

Operations

  • Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth execution of janitorial services.

Administration

  • Process payroll, new hire processing
  • Maintain schedules, checklists, inventory purchasing,
  • Streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and documentation.

Customer Service

  • Assist customer base and employee base
  • Identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customer service training programs.
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Human Resources

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Technology

  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and all business functions.
  • Implement and maintain software tools and systems to support business processes.
  • Provide training and support to staff on the use of technology and tools.

Marketing

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns. Miscellaneous
  • Assist Scott in assigned tasks
  • Assist the Operation Managers, enhance their jobs by creating, implementing and organizing their work.
  • Ad-hoc tasks, duties and/or responsibilities may be added or subtracted.

Federal Holidays

Six (6) days:

  • New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Vacation

  • Year 1-2: 2 weeks
  • Year 3+: 3 weeks
  • Unused vacation benefits do not roll over.
