Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, equipment, and acting as the liaison with building management.
- Plan and execute office events that enhance team culture and community.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics across different time zones.
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience from application through offer stages.
- Support new hire onboarding by preparing workspaces and managing IT needs.
Requirements
- Must be located within a 50-mile radius of San Francisco, California.
- 2-4 years of experience in office administration and recruiting coordination.
- Experience with scheduling tools, calendar management, and applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities with keen attention to detail.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with vendor contract negotiation.
