The Dispatch Coordinator will work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.

In this position, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and technicians, identifying their needs and coordinating the necessary testing and services. As the first interaction our clients have when they need assistance, you will help set the tone for a great experience. You will also work closely with the Project Coordinator Manager to ensure everything runs efficiently.
