We're partnering with a med device company that’s looking for a professional, people-facing Office Coordinator to join their team onsite in Bedford. This is a high-visibility position—you'll be the first face seen by clients, candidates, investors, and physicians—so a polished and confident presence is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the front-desk/receptionist, greeting and assisting all onsite guests
Coordinate meeting space reservations, catering orders, and office-wide scheduling needs
Own office supply management, vendor coordination, and facilities support
Support internal teams with basic administrative tasks and event coordination
Help create a polished, welcoming environment for staff and visitors alike
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of administrative or office support experience (internships or post-grad roles welcome!)
Professional, well-groomed presence with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, strong organizational habits, and a proactive work ethic
Comfort working onsite full-time in a fast-paced, growing company
A can-do attitude and desire to grow into a long-term role within the organization
