JOB SUMMARY: Coordinates daily operational and clinical activities to assist physicians in the treatment of patients. Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties to proactively identify and respond to the needs of patients, medical office staff, and physicians.

Essential Functions

• Coordinates departmental administrative and clerical activities to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the office. Monitors productivity and provides recommendations to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Perform a variety of clinical services to ensure the quality of care, service, customer relations, and efficiency.
• Exceed patient/customer needs by anticipating, identifying and responding to such needs in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Performs all job duties with a focus on safety for the patient, self and co-workers.
• Displays a commitment to the value of teamwork by building strong relationships with patients, families, co-workers, and the surrounding community; and by being cooperative and collaborative in the performance of duties to promote a unified workforce.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS: Experience: Five to Seven years. Education - Preferred: * High School / GED
