This pivotal role supports day-to-day operations by managing HR-related tasks, billing and accounting functions, IT coordination, ordering supplies, and handling document scanning. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and thrives in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Support:
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies
Coordinate employee time-off tracking and benefits administration
Support internal communications and employee engagement efforts
Billing And Accounting
Assist with invoice processing and billing clients/vendors
Support month-end closing and reconciliation tasks
Track expenses and maintain accurate financial records
Collaborate with the finance department on accounts payable/receivable
Oversees overall billing department
IT Coordination
Serve as the local point of contact for IT issues and troubleshooting
Coordinate with external IT support providers when needed
