Responsibilities

• Data entry of time records into SAP payroll system for weekly field employees.
• Processing and submittal of weekly payroll.
• Processing new hires, position changes, and pay increases through SAP Success Factors.
• Providing payroll records requested during compliance audits.
• Various Administrative duties including, but not limited to filing, contract set up, change orders, OCIP and certified payroll support.
• Abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies and ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of administrative work preferably in construction environment but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Must be able to type 45 wpm, use a calculator, personal computer and various other office equipment.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, good organizational skills, and professional telephone skills in dealing with the customers and inter-company personnel.
• Regular attendance is required.
