As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks that support daily operations. Your primary duties will include handling correspondence, maintaining records, and providing essential support to various departments.
Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a courteous manner.
Maintaining organized filing systems for physical and digital documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
Preparing and processing invoices, reports, memos, and other correspondence as required.
Assisting in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members or departments as needed.
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring up-to-date information in relevant databases.
Managing office supplies inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies in a timely manner.
Skills Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or clerical training is a plus.
Proven experience as an office clerk or in a related administrative role is highly preferred.
Proficient in using office software such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications.
