Office Automation System Specialist

Essential Position Responsibilities:

• The daily maintenance of Delta Office Automation system including human resource, contract, MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations), workflow, related to ERP functions and local functions (Ex: Car rental), assisting in troubleshooting, training and documentation

• Close co-work with Corp Office Automation team and local module leader for system analysis (needs interview, system analysis, process optimization, etc.)

• Solution, system analysis and system design for local function.

• Software development experience in the related field

• Workflow design, User Training, System maintenance, Reporting and user support

Additional responsibilities are to include however not limited to the following:

• Data strings with module of SAP ERP FI, CO, PS, BW and IBM TM1-BMS experience in integration.

Job Requirements:

Education:

BS degree in computer science or related field

Experience:

• 6-9 years of experience in Office Automation system analysis, maintenance.
• Familiar with the Office Automation application.
• Possess the concept of Human resource management, Contract management, MRO management and Fixed asset management is preferred.
• Possess ASP.NET, Html and JavaScript program development experience is preferred.
• Good logical concepts, communication and coordination skills, organization and expression skills

• Ensure systems availability is at or above committed service levels
• Assist teams on other projects in order to ensure successful integration of SAP ERP and Non-SAP ERP functionality
