Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Success Representative (CSR) / Office Assistant to join our team. This full-time, dual-role position is vital to ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting our advisors in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Success Representative (CSR):
Ensure customer success by utilizing retention marketing tools to keep vehicles maintained and repaired at our top-rated shop.
Make thank you calls to customers to express appreciation for their business.
Conduct daily Repair Order (RO) audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Write and send handwritten cards to new customers to welcome them to our shop.
File and manage paperwork, including RO’s, bills, and financial documents.
Office Assistant
Support service advisors by helping them navigate their day-to-day challenges.
Answer phone calls, assist with customer inquiries, and set appointments (if trained).
Assist with upselling services and products (if trained).
Prepare estimates and inspections for customer vehicles.
Process customer payments and ensure a positive "kiss goodbye" experience.
Act as a shuttle driver and parts runner as needed.
Conduct shop tours for new or prospective customers.
Send text reminders for appointments and follow-up with customers.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a customer service or office assistant role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
Valid California driver's license required.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
