Summary

TRATE is an international dental implant manufacturer with over 13 years of experience, present in 84 countries. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Office Assistant to support our operations by managing stock, handling customer orders, and ensuring smooth shipment processes.

🛠 Your Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory at all times
  • Count, organize, and control incoming and outgoing goods
  • Work within our CRM system to create and manage invoices, customer profiles, and order details
  • Process orders from start to finish — from creation to shipment
  • Prepare and send packages to clients across various regions
  • Communicate with logistics partners and internal departments for seamless coordination
  • Keep records up-to-date and assist with administrative tasks as needed

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in stock/inventory management
  • Confidence using CRM systems and working with invoices
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset
