Summary

  • Perform data entry into internal databases and systems
  • Scan, upload, and organize digital documents using our electronic document management system (OnBase)
  • Serve as the primary backup for front desk coverage during breaks and absences
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as labeling, purging, and filing documents
  • Answer phones and provide professional customer service as needed


Qualifications:

  • Strong computer proficiency, including Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with or ability to learn proprietary software systems
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Prior reception or office support experience preferred
