Location: Highland Park, NJ (Onsite required, personal transportation essential)

Position Type: Part-time (10–15 hours/week, with some flexibility in schedule)

Compensation: $18–$22/hr, depending on experience

We’re a small, thriving private psychology practice offering high-quality, personalized care to our clients. Our warm, thoughtful Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) clinicians are spread across three states, and we work hard to make sure every person—client, staff, or team member—feels supported and valued.


We’re now hiring a Practice Assistant – Clinical & Creative Support to help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. If you're super-organized, tech-savvy, kind, and the type of person who takes initiative and genuinely enjoys helping others, keep reading!


Key ResponsibilitiesAdmin & Director Support

- Manage the Director’s calendar and assist with office and occasional personal tasks

- Support the Director’s speaking engagements (scheduling, logistics, slide editing, and travel planning)

- Prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and workshops (agendas, slides, notes, etc.)

- Run errands and manage office inventory and supplies

Client & Clinician Support

- Handle intake calls and provide warm, thoughtful communication to clients

- Support clinicians with administrative needs and scheduling

- Help maintain a welcoming, well-organized office environment

Creative & Community Support

- Assist with therapy groups and workshops (virtual and in-person)

- Create flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva

- Help with light social media support and scheduling

This Job Probably Isn’t for You If…

- You’re not able to be onsite in Highland Park, NJ at least two days a week
