Position Summary: Warehouse Administrative Assistant - We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Administrative Assistant that will report to the Warehouse Manager. This position will coordinate all incoming and outbound orders. The Warehouse Administrative Assistant will use ERP system to print appropriate paperwork and to enter appropriate data, assist manager and supervisors as needed, coordinate all inbound goods by using appointment system, assist in gathering all KPI data, and will work closely with Purchasing, Customer Service and Transportation to ensure all warehouse activities are handled in a timely manner. Shift Hours: Sunday - Friday 6:00 pm - 3:00 am (Saturday and 1 other day off during the week) Job Duties Print all receiving paperwork and labels Compare quantities on the packing slip against a purchase order, counts items for verification, and indicate any discrepancies. Notifies buyers of any purchase order variances Point of contact for all inventory related questions Assist Supervisors and Manager with attendance system Will assist in ERP transactions related to all pack outs for rework crew Collect and input data related to all KPI's Ensure all warehouse personnel turn in appropriate paperwork daily Other duties as needed Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs Repeated bending, reaching, twisting and stooping; Work in temperatures 0F to 70F Stand/walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel/ squat occasionally Qualifications and Capabilities: Food Industry experience a plus! Ability to work closely with Warehouse Supervisors, Buyers, and Transportation Department.
