A-AAA Tree Service, a locally owned and family-operated tree care company based in Nottingham, MD, is seeking a dedicated in-person Office Administrator. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based primarily in our office. Compensation is based on experience, with significant opportunities for wage growth and professional development through both internal and external training programs.
What You’ll be Doing:
· Delivering exceptional customer service by responding to phone calls, emails, and texts with clear, informed, and timely communication.
· Ensuring each customer feels valued, respected, and confident that A-AAA Tree Service is the most seamless and professional company they’ve worked with.
· Actively listening to clients and making sure their questions and concerns are fully addressed.
· Logging customer inquiries and service needs into our Customer Service Management system, and escalating urgent matters as needed.
· Assisting our operations team by coordinating logistics and providing behind-the-scenes support for our field crews.
· Pitching in on special projects and tasks that help the company grow and operate more efficiently.
Work Location & Schedule:
· This is a primarily in-office role based at our Nottingham, MD location, Monday through Friday.
· Occasional travel to our shop in Kingsville or local job sites may be required for meetings or to support additional company operations.
· Opportunities may arise to visit job sites for additional exposure and learning.
