Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Office Administrator located in Dublin, OH.

The Office Administrator will be responsible for:

• Greet Visitors
• Assist with answering phones & routing calls
• Ensure office operations run smoothly
• Organize / maintain files
• Assist with inventory of material and supplies
• Coordination with IT on any equipment issues
• Manage incoming mail & processing daily deposits
• Process weekly check runs
• Data entry to assist other departments
• Entry into systems, spreadsheets, & databases
• Assist accounting with end of day account balancing responsibilities
• Various administrative tasks as needed in the office and to assist the sales team
• Marketing Distribution
• Post Office Trips 
• Assist in conference / travel needs
• Coordination and contribution to special projects and events
• Various as needed tasks in servicing the company condo and company automobiles

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in preparing bank deposits
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Proficient knowledge of Excel / Word and other Microsoft Products
