Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator and Operations Assistant to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. This multifaceted role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing shipping and kitting processes, and supporting various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and possess a strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shipping and Kitting:

  • Coordinate and manage the packaging and shipment of products to customers and retailers.

  • Assemble product kits and gift sets according to company standards.

  • Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and ensure timely reordering.

  • Office Administration:

  • Handle general office duties, including answering phones, managing emails, and maintaining organized filing systems.

  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

  • Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed.

  • E-commerce Support:

  • Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Etsy and Shopify.

  • Process online orders and coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely fulfillment.

  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms.

  • Social Media Management:

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media channels.

  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments and messages.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness.

  • Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

    • Experience with social media platforms and content creation.

    • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, specifically Etsy and Shopify.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

    • Prior experience in shipping, kitting, or office administration is a plus.

  • Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 25 pounds.

    • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment as needed.
