About the Opportunity
T.E.A Transmissions is looking for an experienced and hands-on Office Administration Sales Manager to drive our business operations, in Tiaro, QLD.
In this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing financial management, products, sales, inventory control, and daily business operations while maintaining the strong, collaborative team culture.
This role requires an individual who is looking to grow and diversify their skill-set. Your first 12 months will be a probationary period, after which you'll maintain and grow your responsibilities as a hands on General Manager for the business.

You'll be a practical, hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic, multi-faceted role. Whether managing finances, overseeing sales, liaising with clients, or supporting operations, you enjoy variety and taking ownership.
You have a business-savvy mindset with strong financial literacy—while an accounting qualification isn’t required, confidence in working with numbers, quoting, and problem-solving is key. If you have sales or operations experience, great—but more importantly, you're a quick learner with commercial awareness.
You’re adaptability and proactive approach, will mean you're happy to step beyond your job title to support a small, tight-knit team. You’ll fit in well if you notice what needs doing and take initiative.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or technical industries is beneficial but not essential—what matters most is a practical mindset and willingness to learn.
