We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office / Accounting Assistant to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in supporting our office and accounting department and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of operations. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
Responsibilities
General Bookkeeping for multiple entities
Accounts payable and accounts receivable
Greet and direct guests upon arrival
Maintain office supplies and equipment
Prepare and process checks, invoices and expense reports
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Collect and distribute mail from post office and bank deposits
Provide general administrative support
Act as point of contact for internal and external clients
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing and scanning
Other duties as assigned
Experience
Previous Bookkeeping experience preferred
QuickBooks Experience preferred
Ability to exercise extreme discretion and maintain confidentiality. Employee will be required to execute a non-disclosure agreement.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Ability to perform account reconciliation
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with team members
Current or ability to obtain Notary
Valid Texas Drivers License
