We are looking for a highly motivated Odoo Software Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Odoo development (v13 and above), be comfortable with both frontend and backend customization, and be ready to contribute to diverse ERP implementation projects.

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Odoo modules (new and inherited).
• Customize Odoo functionality based on client needs.
• Integrate third-party tools and systems via APIs.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in debugging and resolving application issues.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and clients to ensure optimal performance and delivery.
• Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control using Git.

• 2+ years of experience in Odoo development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML (for frontend modifications).
• Solid understanding of Odoo’s ORM and MVC architecture.
• Experience with Odoo deployment and server management is a plus.
• Familiarity with Odoo.sh and GitHub.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills in English.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Odoo certification is a plus.
• Experience working with international clients, particularly in Europe/UK.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
