We are looking for an experienced and driven Odoo Functional Consultant Lead to join our growing team. If you thrive on optimizing business processes, love working with ERP systems, and have strong leadership skills, this is your chance to make a real impact.

Your Role:

• Lead the full cycle of Odoo ERP implementation projects, from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
• Analyze client needs, map business processes, and provide expert recommendations.
• Configure Odoo modules to match client requirements across various industries.
• Guide, mentor, and manage a team of functional consultants and junior implementers.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and prepare clear documentation for clients.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure seamless integrations and customizations.
• Continuously review and improve implementation processes and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo implementation, including at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
• Strong knowledge of multiple Odoo modules (e.g., Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, Manufacturing).
• Solid experience in business analysis and translating client needs into system configurations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
