Role Description:

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions, and a deep understanding of the latest three Odoo versions (e.g. Odoo 16, 17, and 18). If you love working closely with businesses to optimize workflows, test new functionalities, and drive successful ERP implementations, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the functional implementation of Odoo solutions.
• Configure Odoo modules according to business requirements.
• Perform functional testing to ensure solutions meet expectations.
• Understand and analyze client business processes and needs.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Odoo modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within Odoo.

Day-to-Day Tasks:

• Analyze business requirements and map them into Odoo functional workflows.
• Design and execute detailed functional test cases for both custom and standard Odoo modules.
• Identify, report, and follow up on functional bugs or gaps in system logic.
• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Provide feedback and support during client User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Document business processes, test results, and functional specifications clearly and accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience with Business Process analysis and mapping
• Proficiency in Functional Testing of ERP modules
• Understanding of Integration with other systems
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP systems is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements

2+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo functional modules (Sales, Inventory, Human Resource, Accounting, Manufacturing, etc.)

Proven experience in Odoo functional testing and business process validation.

Good understanding of business flows and ERP concepts.

Ability to write clear and concise documentation and test reports.

Strong communication and analytical skills.

Experience with project management tools like Odoo project management, Jira or Trello is a plus.
