Role Overview:

We are hiring an Odoo Developer & Implementation Consultant on an assignment basis to help customize, implement, and support Odoo solutions for our clients. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and delivering high-quality ERP solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Customize, develop, and maintain Odoo modules according to specific project needs.
• Configure, implement, and optimize Odoo systems to improve business operations.
• Work closely with our internal team  to understand business workflows and tailor solutions.
• Provide technical support, user training, and documentation after implementation.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve functional or technical issues in Odoo.

What We're Looking For:

• Hands-on experience in Odoo development (custom modules, integrations, workflows).
• Strong programming skills in Python and good knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Ability to design, map, and improve business processes with Odoo.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage deadlines independently.
• (Optional: Academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.)
