Occupational Therapist - Part-Time

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students with Autism and developmental disabilities. As a Part-Time Occupational Therapist, you'll work alongside a dedicated team to enhance students' independence and functional skills through targeted therapy and innovative interventions.
Your Role:
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support student progress.
* Design and implement functional activities that address students' occupational therapy needs.
* Provide consultation and training to classroom staff, ensuring effective strategies are used daily.
* Offer direct therapy services when needed, applying evidence-based techniques.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to IEP evaluations and ongoing student support.
What You Need:
* Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
* Licensure: Valid MA Occupational Therapy license.
* Skills: Strong multitasking, collaboration, and initiative.
* Qualities: Passion for student progress and teamwork.
