• Ensures adequate staffing and skill mix through schedule development and adjustments.

• Acts as a resource, mentor, and role model for staff, promoting quality, safety, and confidentiality.
• Participates in staff hiring, training, evaluation, and budget development.

• Requires RN license, minimum 3 years of leadership experience, current BLS, and applicable certifications.
