Overview: We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Manager to assist in reopening and operating an onsite health clinic that is being relaunched after several years of closure.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical leadership skills, a passion for occupational health, and the ability to work closely with healthcare providers and administrative staff to ensure the clinic becomes fully operational and provides high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the setup, reopening, and management of the onsite health clinic
Provide leadership and daily management of nursing and administrative operations
Support clinic leadership with clinical tasks, staffing coordination, and workflow improvements
Conduct health assessments, triage, patient education, and health screenings
Develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures in compliance with industry standards
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, patient privacy laws, and organizational protocols
Coordinate immunization clinics, wellness initiatives, and preventive health programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to foster a positive health and safety culture
Maintain accurate medical records and reporting through electronic health systems
Mentor and support clinic staff as operations expand
Essential Requirements
Must have an active Registered Nurse license.
Minimum of 3–5 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, public health, or clinic management
Previous experience in federal, military, or government healthcare settings is a plus, but not required
Must have an active BLS certification or willing to obtain post-offer
Must have a clean background
