Computer Support Technician provides first-level technical support to students, faculty, and staff. This position involves troubleshooting common account, computer hardware and software issues, providing technical guidance, and assisting users with technology-related questions. The successful candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, customer service abilities, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
* Provide in-person, and phone support to users experiencing technical difficulties.
* Troubleshoot and resolve common computer hardware and software issues.
* Assist users with account setup, password resets.
* Assist users in reporting incidents via the Pacific services portal.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Be a wiling a receptive learner.
