• BS in Institutional Foods or related degree. Equivalent employment experience considered
• Two years prior employment in a Food Service setting
• Prior supervisory experience desired
  
  

What The Nutrition Services Supervisor, Lakeshore Will Do

• Supervises and maintains depart­ment according to departmental and hos­pi­tal policies.
• Evaluates, counsels and disci­plines employees
• Oversees on-the-job training of associates to ensure proper infor­mation is given and directs monthly inservices
• Manages department's salary and non-salary expenses per depart­mental budget
• Coordinates catering functions
