Key Responsibilities

 Develop and optimize nutraceutical formulations in compliance with regulatory and qualitystandards (FSSAI, GMP, etc.). 

 Select appropriate excipients, actives, and delivery formats to meet product requirementsfor stability, bioavailability, taste, and shelf life. 

 Work closely with manufacturing, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to support pilot batch development and technology transfer 

 Conduct pre-formulation studies, compatibility testing, and stability studies. 

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Manufacturing, Regulatory) to ensuresuccessful scale-up and commercialization. 

 Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including formulation sheets, master batchrecords, and development reports. 

 Troubleshoot formulation and production issues, and propose corrective actions. 

 Monitor new ingredient trends, delivery technologies, and innovations in the nutraceutical domain. 

 Ensure formulations are developed in accordance with regulatory and labelling guidelines for target markets (domestic and international).

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with herbal or botanical extracts. 

 Knowledge of bioavailability enhancement techniques (e.g., liposomal, nanoemulsion, sustained release).
