What will you do?
We're seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual with proven experience in phone-based roles and CRM platforms to join our team at our Southbank office in Melbourne. As the Nurture Sales Coordinator, you'll nurture customer relationships and guide potential residents smoothly from their initial enquiry to moving into their new Ryman home.
This role is based on a
Tuesday to Saturday working week, ensuring we can respond promptly to weekend enquiries and maintain continuity in our customer journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, primarily via phone and digital channels
- Answering sales queries and coordinating appointments
- Nurturing leads to clearly communicate the unique benefits of Ryman village living
- Qualifying leads effectively and ensuring seamless handovers to the Sales team
- Utilising Salesforce and other systems to accurately capture and manage information
- Maintaining high-quality, accurate data entry and records management
- Assisting new residents with their transition into village life

Who are you?
- Experienced in phone-based customer service or sales roles, comfortable engaging customers via telephone and digital platforms
- Highly organised, with excellent administration skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Naturally empathetic with a genuine affinity for building relationships, particularly with elderly customers and their families
- Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience highly advantageous, though full training will be provided)
- Technologically savvy, capable of quickly adapting to new platforms and digital tools
- A proactive problem-solver who consistently seeks ways to exceed expectations
- Resilient and composed, able to handle pressure and challenges calmly
- A clear, straightforward communicator who thrives in collaborative team environments
