Aventura at West Park is currently looking for an experienced Scheduler!

JOB SUMMARY:

Full-time (40 hours / week)

Flexible Hours but primarily M-F 8am - 4:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAJOR DUTIES:

• Meet the staffing needs of the facility by creating the schedules for the nursing department including STNAs, LPNs, and RNs.
• Manage the fulfillment of open shift by communicating with staff members to arrange for coverage.
• Maitain accurate records of the schedule for regulatory compliance.
• Interview potential new hires.
• Data entry into the payroll system.
• Daily reporting of staffing ratios to maintain regulatory and financial compliance.
• Assist with central supply as needed.
• Assist with other tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Though not required, an STNA certification in the State of Ohio is preferred for this role.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education And Experience

High School Diploma/GED required.. Ability to read/write/comprehend the English language in written & verbal form required. Ability to communicate both verbally and non-verbally required.

Computer proficiency is required. Must possess a working knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Office applications, and be quick to learn new computer programs.
