Position Overview: The NPI Sample Maker has an important role within the CG new style development team, they are responsible for sewing the entire garment from beginning to end. Creating copies of final prototypes of new designs, and applying any required design changes to achieve the desired outcome. What You’ll Do: Sew entire garments from beginning to end of new development Applying any required design changes to achieve the desired outcome, Working together with the Product Integration team to introduce the new styles of Bulk Production to minimize risks, optimize processes, reduce SAMs and capture videos on the best sewing method for future reference to proactively work on any production challenge. Ensuring the work area is clean & safe. About you: Experience in sample sewing outwear from start to finish. Excellent understanding of garment constructions, measurements, reading BOM and technical garment specifications. At least 5 years of experience in clothing manufacturing. 3+ years of experience using various industrial machines such as single needle, double needle, AMS, PS800, serger, binding, bar tack, seam sealing, snaps, and eyelets machines. Excellent reading & writing and communication skills excellent problem-solving skills. What’s in it For You?
