A school near Pineville, NC is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 25/26 School Year. We are arranging interviews this week for a quick hire and start. Candidates must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to be considered for an interview.

Job Details

Dates: August 18th, 2025- June 5th, 2026

Full time 37.5-40 hours/week

Caseload: Would be collaborating with another onsite BCBA and be providing supervision to a few RBTs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to implement effective behavior strategies.
• Provide training and support to school personnel on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and data to track student progress.
