We are looking for a skilled Non-Functional Tester with expertise in performance testing and software lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct performance testing using JMeter.
• Utilise OpenShift, Grafana, and Bash scripting for automation and monitoring.
• Participate in the software development and testing lifecycle.
• Develop test strategies, workload designs, and defect management processes.
• Prepare and present documentation and recommendations.
• Collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
• Demonstrate a proactive and ownership-driven approach.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with JMeter.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Grafana, and Bash scripting is a plus.
• Strong skills in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Experience working in international/multicultural teams.
