Job Title: Non-Employee Application Developer

Job Description:

As a Non-Employee Application Developer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production environment. Your primary duties will include:

1. Complex Report Creation (15%): Engage in the creation of detailed and complex reports to support various business needs.
2. Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and Fix Issues (40%): Identify problems in the production environment, propose possible solutions, and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
3. Reproduce Problems and Maintain Knowledge (35%): Reproduce issues to understand their root causes and stay updated with new releases, patches, and hot fixes.
4. Interpret System Monitor Reports (5%): Analyze system monitor reports to identify and address potential problems.
5. Respond to Off-Hours Alerts (5%): Address production issues during off-hours within your field of expertise and follow escalation procedures when necessary.

Experience / Training / Education:

• A degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• A minimum of 1+ year of professional experience.
• Proficiency in fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures within your primary field of expertise.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Strong skills in writing SQL statements.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
