Metodika is a growing Medtech company, and their software is the core system running private clinics and hospitals in 9 countries, but mainly in the Nordic region. They constantly develop new functionalities for their clients, driven by their demands to stay ahead in the increasingly tech-dependent healthcare sector. What you’ll do

As a senior developer, you will work across diverse domains within healthcare, contributing to more efficient and patient-centred care. Your responsibilities may include integrating new healthcare applications, enhancing platforms, developing new connections with national systems, and exploring emerging business areas. Your tasks will range from architecture and design to hands-on programming, all while collaborating with clients to understand their system requirements.

Who are you?

You are an independent programmer with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make well-informed decisions. You will be interested in creating solutions that will improve processes and increase patient satisfaction. We also believe you are comfortable with prioritising their client’s needs and ensuring that they meet their requirements and deadlines.

We believe you have several years of experience in software development. However, we are confident that a strong willingness to learn can compensate for experience, and we will therefore focus on your personal qualities for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with writing clean, scalable, and testable code.
• Knowledge of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience in relational database design and SQL.
• Confident with Javascript (browser or backend Node.js).
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming.
• Fluent English
• The right to work in Sweden.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience from Medtech or Healthcare
• Swedish/Scandinavian language skills
• Experience with 4D and Typescript
• Experience with containers and working CI/CD
