What you'll do:

• Monitor and Maintain Systems: Track system performance, document issues, and recommend improvements and maintenance actions.
• Manage Incidents: Coordinate incident response, update tickets, communicate with stakeholders, and escalate as needed.
• Support Shift Operations: Perform maintenance, manage password resets, and ensure thorough shift handoffs and recordkeeping.
  
  
  

Who you are:

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or completion of a related technical education program
• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in a computer and/or network operations environment.

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $29-34/hr. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
