JOB SUMMARY
The NOC ENGINEER will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the organization's network and IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. This role requires strong expertise in VOIP systems, network troubleshooting, and cybersecurity practices. The NOC Engineer will work closely with various departments to provide technical support, ensure compliance, and implement improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
JOB KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Network Operations & Monitoring:
· Continuously monitor network and system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
· Perform real-time troubleshooting and escalate incidents as necessary to minimize service disruptions.
· Maintain network documentation, configurations, and logs for effective incident response.
Infrastructure & VOIP Management:
· Manage, install, and set up servers for ViciDial in cloud and on-premises, along with other VOIP applications to optimize call routing.
· Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of IT infrastructure and VOIP systems.
· Perform routine system maintenance, upgrades, and backups to prevent failures.
Cybersecurity, Compliance, & User Support:
· Implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect data and systems.
· Stay updated on cybersecurity threats and ensure organizational preparedness.
· Provide user support, resolve technical issues, and deliver timely assistance.
· Develop and implement user training programs to enhance IT literacy.
JOB KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations, IT support, or system administration.
· Strong knowledge of networking protocols, IT infrastructure, and system administration.
· Experience with ViciDial/Issabel and other dialers (Asterisk).
· Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., ISO, GDPR, HIPAA).
· Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office Applications.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment with rotating shift.
